Description

New castle style Villa in Los Flamingos Golf Resort. It is our pleasure to offer for sale, something that little bit different! This is a truly a spectacular property with incredible attention to detail and built and finished with the highest quality materials throughout. Our client had a vision to create a unique property and what we have is an amazing 17th century Arabic castle, built in the 21st century! The villa is built over 3 levels with a tiered garden. The grand entrance features huge gates opening onto a sweeping driveway (which leads to the garaging), the hallway is magnificent with vaulted ceiling with stained glass dome, opening into an open plan living and dining room with feature fireplace, a wall of windows opening out onto a terrace, breakfasting kitchen, utility and cloakroom. Also on this floor are two bedrooms, one with en-suite and one with an adjacent bathroom. Rising to the first floor we have the most impressive master suite with a dressing room, en-suite bathroom, terrace and of course panoramic sea views. There are further bedrooms on this floor as well as a further terrace with gazebo and hot tub. The lower ground floor which has full height ceilings and provides a self contained area with its own private living and dining room, kitchen and utility, four en-suite bedrooms as well as a gym, a cinema and an enormous garage for several vehicles. Outside we find ample terraced and garden areas, the plot is a good size, there is a private, large swimming pool, barbecue area, sauna and a super water feature with waterfall. The views are spectacular looking over the golf course to the Mediterranean beyond and Africa on a clear day. If you are in the market for something special - this could be the one!
