Tell us on WhatsApp your budget, how many bedrooms you need and where, and we will send you the ones that fit, so you can plan your viewings in a single trip. We are with you at the viewing, the reservation and the signing at the notary.

Half of these properties cost €820,000 or less.

Frequently asked questions

Can I still buy property in Spain after Brexit?

Yes. UK citizens can buy property in Spain just as before. What changed is how long you can stay: without a visa, up to 90 days in any 180-day period. In some areas of interest for national defence, mainly on rural land, buyers from outside the EU may need an authorisation from the Spanish Ministry of Defence; the notary checks this before the signing.

What do I need to buy a house in Spain?

A Spanish tax identification number for foreigners (NIE). A Spanish bank account is also usual. The sale is signed before a Spanish notary and then registered at the Land Registry (Registro de la Propiedad).

What are the buying costs?

For resale homes, transfer tax (ITP), whose rate depends on the region; for new builds, VAT (IVA) and stamp duty (AJD). On top of that, notary and Land Registry fees and, if you use one, a gestoría.

Do I have to be in Spain to sign?

No. You can give a power of attorney to someone you trust so that they sign on your behalf.
