5-bedroom villa with pool in Malaga, Spain

Description

Welcome to this new project of 15 villas, situated within a Golf course. The terrain is on a mountainside with enough slope to ensure that all the houses benefit from magnificent views over the Golf course and Sierra Bermeja mountain range and for the most part, views also of the sea. Houses built on individual plots measuring up to 2.200m2, the architecture provides a harmonious contrast between the brilliant white volumes against a play of lights and shadows. To adapt to the terrain, we have created 3 different designs, with 5 and 6 en‐suite bedrooms, living rooms measuring up to 90m2 and 5m high ceiling, fully equipped kitchens, generous domestic staff quarters, parking for 2 cars and private gardens and pools. Marble flooring, modern kitchens fully fitted and equipped with the most up‐to‐date domestic appliances, underfloor heating system with a hot water circuit, air conditioning with independent regulation panels for every room, fireplace in the living... Thick walls, double‐insulated carpentry, carefully water‐proofed. We`ve thought of everything to ensure you a fully sound and weather‐proof environment. A construction with the best quality. Welcome to real luxury: leave it all to us.
