Villa con 7 camere con piscina a Cadice, Spagna

Descrizione

Fully renovated family house. On the main floor there's an open plan kitchen dining - and living room with large folding doors opening up to the garden. From the living room a few steps lower is a lovely office space, that could easily be made in to an additional bedroom. There's a low ceiling space next to the office that would make an excellent wine cellar. On the other side of the living room is one ensuite bedroom with access directly to the parking and garden (ideal for guests). Leading from the front door, past the living room is a guest bed with ensuite bathroom. Next to this we have an optional master bedroom with walk-in wardrobes and ensuite bathroom. Upstairs is the other master bedroom with large ensuite bathroom and large closets. Next to this we have two bedrooms sharing one bathroom. Up by the staircase is a nice size terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Next to the main house is lovely staff/guest house with large ensuite bathroom and space for a kitchen. This has lovely views directly to the pool area. There is two garages and on the property additional space to park up to 6 cars more. The house was originally built in 1995, but was completely renovated in 2021
