3. Who receives the data
We do not sell your data. It is processed by providers that work on our behalf under a data processing agreement: HubSpot (customer management), Render (website hosting) and Hostinger (email). If you write to us on WhatsApp, Meta processes the conversation under its own terms. Data may also be passed to notaries, the Land Registry, banks or public authorities when required to complete a sale or by law.
Some providers (such as HubSpot or Render) may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
4. How long we keep it
- Enquiries: while we handle them and for up to 1 year afterwards if there is no further contact.
- Valuation photos and data: 180 days, after which they are deleted automatically.
- Mandates and sales: for the duration of the relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (up to 10 years under anti-money-laundering law).
5. Your rights
You can access, rectify or erase your data, object to or restrict its processing, request its portability and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to inmobiliaria@inmobiliarianavarrong.com. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
6. Minors
This website is not intended for people under 14 years of age.
